1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the ADRE Exam Prep mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app or website.

2. Nature of Service & Non-Government Disclaimer
Disclaimer: This application is strictly an educational preparation tool designed to help applicants practice with simulated mock questions and past year examination formats. We are an independent educational initiative and not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with the Government of Assam, SLRC, SEBA, or any statutory recruitment body. Mock test scores do not guarantee selection or employment in any government service.
3. User Accounts & Security

When creating an account, you agree to provide true and accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login password and all activities occurring under your account. You agree to immediately notify our support team if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Android APK or backend APIs.
  • Attempt automated scraping, crawling, or denial-of-service against question servers.
  • Circumvent or tamper with exam timer scripts, score calculations, or administrative security controls.
  • Redistribute proprietary question collections or mock explanations for commercial gain without express written consent.
5. Intellectual Property

The application design, layouts, test engine algorithms, answer explanations, and branding belong to the ADRE Exam Prep Platform. Past examination question questions collected from public examinations remain the intellectual property of their respective public examination bodies and are referenced here under fair-use educational revision guidelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure that all question keys and explanations are completely accurate according to official answer keys released by examination authorities, we do not warrant that all content is error-free. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to disrupt platform security, or engage in malicious activity without prior notice.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Guwahati, Assam.
